Day 1:

Start of tour in Dublin

Welcome to Ireland! This epic, week-long tour of the famous Emerald Isle starts in Dublin. Ireland’s capital city is compact yet it packs a big punch when it comes to history, culture, heritage and fun things to see and do! Kick off the tour with a driving and walking tour of Dublin. See highlights including St Patrick’s Cathedral and the River Liffey. Enjoy a free afternoon and be sure to get a good night’s rest before tomorrow’s adventures!

Day 2:

Belfast - Giant's Causeway - Derry

It’s time to head north! Travel to Northern Ireland and learn about the country’s fascinating and turbulent history including the Rising, the Civil War, the fight for independence and the Troubles. The first stop is Belfast, Northern Ireland’s captivating capital, for a walking and driving tour. Next, a photo stop at Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge. Afterwards, get ready for a highlight of the tour - the Giant’s Causeway! This magnificent natural site is shrouded in myth and legend which you’ll discover during a visit. Finally, arrive in Derry, a lively riverside city.

Day 3:

Derry - Galway

Hit the road back to Ireland and experience the Wild Atlantic Way - the world’s longest coastal drive! Enjoy the rugged scenery and make a comfort stop along the way. Arrive in Galway in the early afternoon and enjoy free time in this city which boasts a vibrant, bohemian and artsy vibe! Explore the medieval town walls and meander along the promenade to Salthill situated on Galway Bay. Keep an ear out for live music as this city is well-loved for its musicality and lively performances!

Day 4:

Cliffs of Moher - Limerick - Adare - Killarney

Today, the Cliffs of Moher are calling! This natural wonder is another highlight of this tour. The cliffs rise dramatically 200 metres above sea level and the sweeping views from the cliff tops are breathtaking! Next, visit the 14th-century Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, a reconstructed traditional Irish village, in County Clare. Following this is a photostop in Limerick at the Treaty Stone before a visit to Adare, Ireland’s prettiest village! Arrive in Killarney later tonight after a jam-packed day.

Day 5:

Kerry Region

Discover the beauty of Ireland on a free day in the Kerry region. See the rolling green hills, rugged sea cliffs, patchwork of farmlands and quaint villages on the Ring of Kerry day tour. This is one of Ireland’s most naturally beautiful regions! Travel the Iveragh Peninsula, make a stop in Kerry Bog Village, watch a traditional sheepdog demonstration, and take a scenic jaunting (carriage) ride through Killarney National Park.

Day 6:

Stratford-Upon-Avon - Wales

Bid farewell to the beautiful Kerry region and travel to Blarney Castle. Here, you’ll see the famous Blarney Stone. Legend has it that if you kiss the Blarney Stone, you’ll gain the “gift of the gab” - why not try it out for yourself during the visit? The next stop is Kilkenny. See the historic centre, famous castle, St Mary’s Cathedral and the “Medieval Mile” on an orientation tour. Arrive back in Dublin later for the last night of the tour.
